You may retrieve your electronic documents within 28 days prior to your departure and once you have paid for your trip in full. E-documents can be accessed through the "My Booking" portal located in the top right corner of the sunwing.ca website.. For cruise packages, exchange voucher(s) will be forwarded to you or your travel agent approximately 14 days prior to your scheduled departure. Your airline ticket(s) will contain conditions as well as the terms of carriage. Travel Documents for Sunwing Flex Packages will be available in the “My Booking” portal 24 hours after the booking has been confirmed.
